Fager’s Island is the perfect spot to end the day in Ocean City. The sunset views over the bay are absolutely stunning—one of the best I’ve ever seen, with colors reflecting across the water. The food was excellent – the French dip was tender with great flavor, and the burger and fries were cooked perfectly. Relaxed vibe, great drinks, and unbeatable views. A must-visit when you’re in town
I have been visiting Fager's Island for 30 years. It is one of our must stops when in town. The food is wonderful and service is just as good. If you go, say Hi to Aiden, he is one their bartenders and recommended everything I had and was attentive to my needs. Make sure you go for the sunset!
Our family is in Ocean City this week thanks to the incredible generosity of Believe in Tomorrow Children’s Foundation, and one of the wonderful surprises they gave us was a gift certificate for lunch at Fager’s Island. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with genuine kindness. Our server, Lisa, was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Traveling with two teenage cancer patients can sometimes make dining a little more complicated, especially since one of them has severe allergies to nuts and seafood. Chef Will went above and beyond by personally coming out to speak with us and preparing a special lunch to ensure it was completely safe for her. That level of care, compassion, and attention meant more to our family than words can express. It’s places like Fager’s Island that remind you how much a simple act of kindness can brighten someone’s day. As a family who traveled all the way from Buffalo, NY, knowing there are businesses that genuinely care about creating special experiences for children facing cancer made this trip even more meaningful. And the food? Absolutely outstanding! Every meal was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was exceptional. Thank you, Lisa, Chef Will, and everyone at Fager’s Island for making our visit so memorable. We will never forget your kindness, and we highly recommend Fager’s Island to anyone visiting Ocean City.

We had an amazing first night at Fager’s Island to start our anniversary celebration! 🌊✨ I ordered the creamy crab soup — absolutely delicious and full of flavor — while my husband enjoyed the classic burger and fries 🍔🍟. The atmosphere was perfect, and our server Callum was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made our evening extra special. 💕
Lots of outdoor space with beautiful sunsets. Ask for tables away from the band if you come early for a nice dinner. Great menu with everything from surf and turf to chicken wings and all of it good.
What a fantastic spot! The waterfront views are unmatched, and the kitchen really knows what it's doing. If you're eyeing a salad, grab a friend because the portions are huge. The real star of the show, though, was the Scallops Nantucket, pure perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will absolutely be back for more.
This is a restaurant I make a point of visiting every time I go to Ocean City. Their steaks, crab cakes, burgers and fries—even their crab dip—are absolutely delicious. You should arrive early to queue during peak dining hours, otherwise you’ll have to wait. Parking is not particularly plentiful.
Our first time visiting. A unique restaurant/bar with three totally different atmospheres and menus. We ate in the fine dining area and the setting and food was exquisite. After dinner we moved to the lite fare section to watch the sunset and listen to the 1812 Overture synced to sunset so the final crescendo coincides with the last bit of the sun disappearing below the horizon. I’ve attached a video but the sound is very faint.
Maria provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. She checked on us regularly, made great recommendations, and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
